PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU FILL OUT THE CONTACT FORM BELOW.

Before production starts, the client and I, John James Blackburn, will create a contract outlining the project, the schedule, the quote, ownership, permissions, and a payment plan. Both parties must sign this contract before the project commences.

A non-refundable advance deposit must be paid before production commences or it won't proceed. The default advanced deposit is 40% of the final amount, but alternative payment plans can be discussed. If the client chooses to cancel anytime after the contract is signed, this certain amount must still be paid regardless and will not be refunded. The rest of the payment will be made after the project is fully complete.

Any unexpected changes added by the client (extra filming days, extra editing work, faulty production etc) will be included in the second payment.

Each Video and Song will come with one free revision, but any extra revisions will be added onto the second payment. 

A Travel Fee may be applied if the film shoot location is beyond 25km outside Fremantle, Western Australia.

Videos that are edited and filmed in either 1080p or 4K quality will be delivered online via Dropbox or Media Fire, unless another method is discussed.

After John James Blackburn has sent a draft version of a project over to the client, the client will have 2 (two) business days to look and/or listen to the project and give back any notes for revision (the first revision is free as stated earlier, but later revisions will cost extra). If no notes or revision feedback is submitted from the client via phone, text or email to John James Blackburn within the two business day-period, the project will officially be marked “completed with no changes or further edits” and John James Blackburn will immediately send over the second invoice.

The time to edit videos and create music varies depending on the amount of content and how long the final product will be. If the client wants the final product completed and sent by a certain deadline, a bonus fee may be added onto the second payment depending on how close the deadline is. 


I, John James Blackburn, may upload behind the scenes photos and videos relating to your project, as well as the final product, to the "One Cam Band Media" social media pages and / or website for PR purposes. The client is welcome to deny John James Blackburn permission to take and upload any photos and videos, but it must be made clear during the contract preparation before the project commences. 

Furthermore, I, John James Blackburn, might also upload any testimonials written on the feedback form onto the "One Cam Band Media" social media pages and website for PR purposes. But the client can state on the feedback form whether they want the testimonial to be anonymous, or they can not write a testimonial on the feedback form at all and therefore deny permission to have it made public on the internet.

Any personal information given by the client (email, phone number etc) will be kept confidential between the client and John James Blackburn, and will NOT be released publicly in any form.

One Cam Band Media has the right to end a session due to safety and/or security reasons. Furthermore, if the Sole Trader’s equipment isn’t working as it should and one of the guests relating to the client breaks any of the main equipment (i.e camera, gimbal etc), refunds will not be made out to the client.

I, John James Blackburn, vow to be trustworthy and respectful to the client in terms of the agreement discussed, and be passionate to make sure the client gets top quality videos, music, or photos.


By hiring “One Cam Band Media”, The Client hereby agrees to the Terms and Conditions.
